Rules Of The Syndicate

1. Represent the Brand with Integrity
Members are expected to act with professionalism, respect, and kindness at all times. Participation in the Syndicate reflects not only on the individual, but on the Koo Koo Liqueur brand and its community as a whole.
2. Active Participation Is Required
Members are encouraged to engage through monthly local events and quarterly meetings. To remain in good standing, each member must attend at least one approved Syndicate event every six months.
3. Accountability & Fair Enforcement
The Syndicate operates under a clear conduct policy. Issues are addressed progressively—beginning with written counsel, followed by financial penalties if necessary, and removal only as a final measure, with the initial contribution refunded.

What is the Golden Rule Syndicate?
The Golden Rule Syndicate is a private, invitation-only club that allows members to participate in a portion of Koo Koo Liqueur Inc.’s net profits through a contractual revenue sharing agreement.
Is this an equity investment or stock offering?
No. This is not an equity investment. Members do not receive stock, ownership, or voting shares in the company. Participation is strictly based on a revenue sharing contract.
How many members can join the Syndicate?
Membership is limited to a maximum of 1,000 participants to ensure clarity, manageability, and meaningful participation.
How much does it cost to participate?
The participation contribution is a one-time payment of $1,250, made after acceptance into the Syndicate.
How are profits distributed to members?
Twenty percent (20%) of Koo Koo Liqueur’s net profits are allocated to the Syndicate and distributed according to the terms of the Revenue Sharing Agreement when profits are declared.
What is the $1,000 monthly deduction?
When profits are declared and distributions begin, a $1,000 monthly deduction is applied to each member’s payout. No deductions occur unless profits are being distributed.
Is there a limit to how much a member can earn?
Yes. Each member may receive up to a maximum of $200,000 in total distributions under the agreement.
What happens to profits beyond the member cap?
Excess profits are reinvested into long-term initiatives such as community projects, real estate, global expansion, and member-directed ventures, as determined through member voting.
Will members have access to financial reporting?
Yes. Syndicate members receive transparent financial reporting, including visibility into revenue, costs, and profit calculations as outlined in the agreement.
What types of benefits are included beyond revenue sharing?
Members receive invitations to private events, tastings, and experiences, opportunities to earn participation points through engagement, and access to a curated network aligned with the values of craftsmanship, integrity, and shared prosperity.
